15: Create a Simple Findability Plan and Follow it
Part of “The Finder Resource” plan is a process that you setup once and rarely if ever touch again. But, part of the plan involves effort and work on an ongoing basis.
When you develop a new program or event for your church, what happens with the promotion of the event?
I am not talking about internally in your church. What happens outside of your church? How can you get the Community and your Church Members talking about what you are doing?
After completing the steps in “The Findability Resource” you will have made significant progress in your ability to promote your church in your community for free, or at least nearly free.
Now, you just need to create a simple system to use the channels you have setup.
Create a team of volunteers, write out exactly how you are going to use each part of the process, then begin promoting and marketing your Church.
